About Dad Mode

Nobody gives new dads an instruction manual. Dad Mode is the practical alternative: a short daily briefing based on your baby’s age, written for the moments when you need a useful answer—not another parenting lecture.

Our goal is to help dads understand what may be normal, know what to do next, support their partners without waiting to be asked, and recognize when a pediatrician should take over. Dad Mode provides educational guidance and never replaces professional medical care.
